  • We accept credit card payments through Pay Pal.  You don't need a Pay Pal account.  Just follow the prompts
    on the secure Pay Pal website - reached when you use our "Add to Cart" buttons.

  • We accept Money Orders and Personal Checks.  Just write us with your order and we'll ship as soon as the
    payment clears.  Please allow 10 business days for payment to clear when using a personal check.

  • Items are in stock unless otherwise noted.  

  • We ship your order within one business day of receiving cleared payment.  When you use Pay Pal, your
    payment is instantaneous.  We offer both Standard and Priority Shipping.

  • We offer delivery of our Pet Products in the local area, or you may pick up your order here at Lost Lake Farm.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned unused, in original packaging
    and in the same condition as received.  Please call or email before returning any item, to insure proper credit.
